We deliver our orders using Australia Post Express Post. We try our best to dispatch all orders within one business day of being placed. We offer FREE Shipping on orders above $200.

- 1kg: $15 (355mm to 220mm parcels)
- 3kg: $20 (390mm x 270mm parcels)
- 5kg: $27 (390mm x 270mm parcels)

Track Your Order
We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details upon dispatch. You can track your delivery using the Australia Post Tracking Service.

International Express Post Rates
Local taxes or duties may be applied by customs at the destination country. It is the responsibility of the delivery recipient to pay for these taxes and duties.

Returns Policy
As a valued client of All About Ewe, we would like to thank you for your purchase. At All About Ewe, we pride ourselves on quality and design longevity so we hope you are delighted with your purchase.
In the instance that you may need to return one of your items, the following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made online.
Full Price Items
Full priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund.
You may return your full priced All About Ewe order for a refund within 30 days following the date of purchase (the date of purchase receipt/tax invoice). Returned items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all of their tags on in original packaging.
Please note: the cost of returning an item to us for refund is at your expense.
Process for Returns on Full Priced Items
If you are unsatisfied or change your mind for any reason, we will happily accept returns on any full priced items as outlined above.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to allaboutewe.com > Account > Orders
- Select the Order Number of the product you want to refund. Select the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the order total column. This opens a prompt to Request a Refund.
Note: If you do not see the ellipsis icon, it means the 30-day period has passed. - Click the link to Request a Refund. A Refund Request Form displays.
- Select a Refund Reason from the drop-down menu and add details about your reason for the refund request.
- Select Request Refund.
- Your refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original order. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, this may vary between card issuers.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. If returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Faulty Items
We pride ourselves in ensuring that all products sent out are of the highest quality. If you find a fault with one of our products we will review the issue and if found faulty, we will replace it for you. Please provide us with a brief description and upload photos showing the defect upon receipt of goods via customercare@allaboutewe.com. In the instance where said product is deemed faulty, we shall bear any cost of shipping the said product (the “Returned Product”) back to us, as well as any cost of shipping any replacement product to you.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.
